Kay has over 20 years of public and private industry accounting experience, including 10 years with Professional Accounting Services Group, Inc. Her experience includes working with individuals and small- to mid-size businesses in the areas of taxation and accounting.
Kay graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Virginia Tech University, and became a CPA in 1986.
She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
